Has anyone experienced shooting pains where they have lymphedema?

Been having lymphedema for years now. Have done physical therapy, massage, exercises, compression garments and a lymphedema machine. I'm now having shooting pains where the lymphedema is. I've never had this type of pain before and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if so what can be done to relieve it?

Yikes, mine started with numbing tingling so far it's minimal how long did it take to really show up as lymphedema? Hope you find out what it is.
