I am in year three of Letrozole and joint pain, aching, and fatigue persist. I find that its more tolerable, however, especially since switching to an every other day dosage. Hugs!

I’m on my protocol for 10 years due to my age when diagnosed…but with that said, I did well with letrozol for the first four years…then I began to get muscle and joint pain. At that time, my oncologist gave me a month break and then started me on exstemestane (sp?) and the hot flashes increased…Catch 22 I guess
