Has anyone used a rebounder, mini trampoline, for lymphadema drainage and/or for low impact exercise? I need more information from someone who has used it.
It gets your heart rate up. That moves lymph, good exercise in addition to other movement. Chris beat cancer talks about it. We need physical movement and often
@DorisGeison Hi!π I was looking up price of a rebounder online. Walmart has some starting @ $89 on up, with or without safety bar attachments. I will go later this week to check out their selection. It's already hot here in Tennessee and I have lung cancer, making it hard to breathe anyway, plus pollen is real bad for outside activities. A rebounder sounds perfect for me! Will let you know what I find. ππ
I am following Chris as well. Juicing and mostly raw vegan for 3 months. I will get me a rebounder as well (California will get hot soon and walking in this heat is a no go π)
I love learning new things from this site/community! Just subscribed to Chrisbeatcancer.com and getting exercise from rebounder and what to look for when buying. What great advice and help in making good choices. I'm so glad to be connected with everyone through this site. Thank you!
@A MyBCTeam Member Thanks for your input. ππ I did some research and they come in 2 styles. One has the conventional springs, like most trampolines, the other has bungee cords instead of springs. Bungee cords make impact easier on your joints. They also come in different widths from 36" up to 50"+ and weight limits for person using it varies. Some even fold up for convenient storage or carrying. Some come with a support rail (there are different types). You would have room for one in your living room. They take up little space. They can range in price as low as 50$ on up to $600. Amazon has quite a variety. I'll be checking out the sporting goods stores this weekend. Will keep you posted on what I find.ππ
