Tears were coming down my face. The opthomologist had to clip my tear ducts open. My tear ducts had closed up from chemo.
The hair has fallen out of your nose. My nose still runs sometimes 10 years later. It will get better once the hairs start growing back

I had Taxotere in my chemo cocktail, same family of drugs as Taxol. Yes, to both the watery eyes and runny nose. It also zapped my platelets so, the runny nose also became a bloody nose- and it was intense! Just in case this happens to you, know that it is the chemo (on both eyes and nose) and that for me, it did clear up once the chemo was out of my system. About the nose- tissues were too flimsy to be adequately Hugs! absorbent, so I ended up using the Vanity dinner napkins (Walmart, etc.) they were larger, thicker, soft and could handle the flow.

I use Systane Ultra for dry eyes.
