Breast tender to touch 6months after lumpectomy

My lumpectomy was 6 months ago. I finished chemo 2 weeks ago and am due to start radiation later this month. Today my lumpectomy breast is sore when pushed on. Has this happened to anyone else?
I haven’t had any real pain since the lumpectomy so it’s just worrisome.

It’s going on five years for me and mine still feels little sore when I press on it.
