Saline noise spray and vaseline. A humidifier will help also. Let your dr know, just incase it's serious. Mt nurse always asked me at my chemo treatments about bloody noses.

I use my Nettie pot and it really helps with the sores and scabs in my nose. Adds moisture and cleans it out. Be sure to use saline solution as it is healing. Plain water is not good, hurts really bad. I just put a forth of tsp of salt with warm water in the Nettie pot. It sounds weird if you haven’t tried it, but really works. 😍

Chemo causes loss of hair in your nose. You can use Ocean Spray nasal spray and apply some vasaline with a cotton swab which gives moisture to your nostrils.

It is possible that the sores in your nose are caused by staph. It is very common. You might want to rule out that possibility.
