How much can you do for yourself? How much help will you need? This will be an expander being replaced on left side and right side being adjusted to ‘match’ andd do create symmetry.

So sorry that you're having all this pain. We all have no idea what it will be like until we're in it. I hope things will start to change for you. I'll post how it all goes when it's all done. Surgery is next month.

I too will be undergoing reconstruction on one side and having the other one "match". Unfortunately i will have to wait until chemo and radiation are done as far as I understand. I have developed severe cording that is very painful even to right below my rib cage.
