On Femara 8 years. So far minimal side effects. Started at 57 yrs so menopause at onset. A few aches early on but adjusted well after 6 months.

Thanks Jessica. OMG it sounds so bad. My Dr wants me on Aromatase Inhibitors once I reach menopause. I think I would rather stay on Tamoxifen.

Anastrozole for 3.5 mos. Joints that ache. Hot flashes day and night. Insomnia many nights. Doing acupuncture for aches, pcp put me on paxil 10 mg at night. Compression gloves to ease achy hands. Some forgetfulness. Movement is key.

Will be starting in March after chemo and radiation. So im interested in responses too
