I will be happy to answer any questions I have been on anastrozole for over a year for me the side effects are minimal

I started taking Letrozole right after my radiation ended. although i took it before my treatment ends by mistake my onco said is was ok but to stop and continue taking the pill after it ended. I was so confused but I guess it was ok. no major side effects

I started taking Tamoxifen the weekend following the end of radiation. Your Oncologist will tell you when to start; you can always inquire by texting your physician. From my point of view, allow your body to heal a bit (six weeks is awesome), so now may be a good time to inquire. Bottom line, don’t worry about it! HUGS!!

My Dr said to wait until radiation is complete

I haven't had radiation myself, but my understanding is that most doctors only want you to be doing one kind of treatment at a time, so they wait til radiation is finished before they start you on the hormone blocker pills. If anyone with more experience knows something more/different, please chime in!!
