I have some how flipped my implant again, does anyone know a way to prevent this? I know very odd but I am tired of being the odd one. I am the 1 in 8 with breast cancer the 10% with a mutation which is a odd one so 2% of those 10 and now the 5% who flips implants. So tired of being special, just want to be normal and boring.
@A MyBCTeam Member: I don't have an implant but I do know they can manually flip it back, but if it's an issue that keeps happening and it bothers you, they can do a surgery to tighten the breast pocket a little more to ensure it stays put. 💕
I asked how to keep from happening at today's appointment with pa.she told me to wear sports bra when I sleep and sometimes it just quits happening but if keeps happening will have to do another surgery. She had me make appt with surgeon to discuss how they fix but first appt after new year so hoping bra will do it.

Flipped twice in a week but hasn't happened for several months now so hopefully has stopped happening.
I flip my expander all the time lol and it looks crazy....
I wore the first few months because felt better when had expanders but once got implants and they healed I started skipping night time. I went back to sports bra at night after second flipbut didn't help flipped again in 3 days. Apparently only 5 % have this problem and I am the one. Have an appointment Tuesday to flip back and decide how to prevent. I think will be another surgery to make pocket smaller or implant next size up. I am fine with either just don't like the flat boob look can even see through my clothes.
