I used “lash babe”. I got it from Amazon. It is a serum, I put on my eyelid once a day. I never had great eye lashes, but better now than before! Still use when I remember.
Once they came back, I found mascara by IT, I think it’s called super hero. Works great!

Eyelashes were the last for me, and even with mascara, they still look very sparse. I take a vitamin for hair, skin, nails, and haven't given up hope yet. Eyelashes are sometimes the last to regrow, and mine had started back, then fell out again. I remind myself my toenails are still regrowing- so this is definitely an exercise in patience. I have tried a serum from Just Nutritive, but don't know that it has made any difference. My hair though has done very well with their products. I have been tempted to try the fake eyelashes, but since I have allergies to adhesives and metals (there are magnetic lashes, they are attracted to the tiny metal particles in the eyeliner) not ready to risk the few eyelashes I have if there is a reaction.
