All, I'm now taking exemestane instead of letrozole. I've also started taking the natural supplement Relizen (sold by Bonafide) and the frequency and intensity of hot flashes and sweats has significantly reduced! woot woot

On the scale definitely a 5.
I've had the hot flushes now for 5 years, first Tamoxifen then Letrozole. Usually around every 30 min during the day and every 90 mins at night. I'm on Clonidine which takes the edge of... sometimes but not always. It's the minute of feeling nauseous, fevery and fatigue that precedes them that is hardest and then the ache across the scars which is worse than the sweating in many ways.

Occasionally; been on Letrozole fir 6 years. I think I forgot that these occasional hot flashes could be a side effect!

Only a couple a week due to taking Lexapro. Works wonders to keep hit flashes under wraps.

Initially it was really bad. Unbearable, I would say.
Now, it is a 4. I take Effexor XR and at least 5,000 iu of Vitamin D3, which are supposed to help.
I am also on Verzenio, which also has hot flashes as a side effect.
