Covid Vaccine Tier?

My oncologist said it was kind of a gray area for me on what tier I could be in for vaccine. I no longer have cancer bc it was removed surgically. I am taking Zoladex, but no other treatments. Has anyone else gotten vaccine in this situation? Or have to wait for gen pop since cancer free.

My primary care physician told my husband that both of us are in the high risk tier. I had my cancer surgically removed, have been nec for a little over two years, and am taking Letrozole. However, in our state, the high risk tier and my age group are the same tier so it's a moot point for us.

I assume that unless we are immuno-compromised due to current/active chemo or diagnosis, that we are with the general population tiers. At least that's my understanding...

You might be able to get the vaccine through your oncologist or cancer center. (I’m a frontline healthcare worker so that’s how I got mine)
