You're not alone. Hair growth picked up quickly for me as soon as I finished chemo in Feb. 2018, followed by 33 radiation treatments. I've been on Arimidex (anastrozole) since last summer, and the first thing I noticed was that hair growth slow down significantly even though I was also taking hair vitamins. Then, in the last couple of months, it started thinning more, and I asked my hair dresser, who said she noticed it too. So I'm sticking with all-natural hair products, conditioning more often, and minimizing the use of heat. I'm also still taking the hair vitamins.

I am on biotin and using the Bosley products for hair growth. Hair very thin at the crown and and very fine all over. Trying to be patient! At this point I hope it just comes back no matter how long it takes.

I'm also on Arimidex (actually the generic Anastrozole) and yes, I'm also suffering from hair loss. I've got 3 (THREE) months left of these ^&%$#$^ pills and I'm hoping that the loss will stop. I'm not asking for the hair to grow back, but at least, please, no more loss! Hang in there!

You are not alone! I am right there with you! I am 2 years out from my diagnosis. The crown of my head is sparse with little hair coverage. I can easily see my scalp. I am taking vitamins for hair and nails. I use the Bosley hair system products. At this point I will be happy if it ever comes back in that area. I am tired of waiting too. I have been very patient. We are only human. Don't let yhis picture of me fool you. It is my wig. I had the oncologist write me another prescription for a cranial prosthesis (wig). One of my chemo drugs was taxotere. I had 4 drugs. I am taking letrozole.

I am sorry for your hair thinning. I know that it is traumatic for you. I don’t have a quick fix for you, but I wanted to let you know that you are not alone. My hair has never recovered after chemo. It is getting thinner and thinner. I am older, so I think that it dosen’t affect me as much as it would any young woman. I hope that you can find a solution.
