Do any of you have a terrible feeling of doom right before a hot flash? What types of feelings or symptoms do you have that accompany hot flashes?

I usually get a hot flash right after my husband annoys me. And I’m not joking. And I get a weird feeling of anxiety with it in my stomach. Mostly tho I just get night sweats. It’s so aweful when you get nice and comfy and suddenly have to throw the blankets off. I’m sure everyone can relate to that

I get anxiety right before, during, and after hot flashes. It goes away fairly quickly, however.

I have hot flashes and night sweats while going through chemo. I tend to get super anxious right before one comes on.
