This is the best bra I found for after surgery...they come in many different colors and are SUPER comfortable. Of course if you have radiation later I highly suggest during that you use only tank tops, no bra.

Front close definitely gives more cleavage in my opinion.

My first ever cleavage was brought on by this bra: Vanity Fair Women's Illumination Front Close Full Coverage Underwire Bra (got them on the big A too)

I take the underwires out. Can't stand them. But the bra is amazing and comfortable without them.

Even my PS surgical nurse was totally loving it and asked me where I got it lol.
