I had 13 removed on right side plus a double mastectomy and 30 radiation treatments, before all this I had chemo. I would suggest if you haven't already to have some physical therapy on that side it truly made all THE DIFFERENCE and if it gets really sore and tight do it again. Mine still gets tight, has muscle spasms, but the sharp pains I get right at the top of my rib cage tops it all, it takes my breath sometimes and comes up out of the blue. My BS said she believes this is caused from the radiation barely hitting my rib cage because it sits up higher than normal. I'm 3 years out from chemo, DB MASTECTOMY and radiation. Good luck and give physical therapy a try!!

I am not sure anything is ‘normal’. I only had one removed and it took quite awhile to not be sore, tight,. The dibit is still there but less.
It is better but I am 21 months since masectomy and sentinel node biopsy. Hang in there!

I had 21 lymph nodes removed and a full mastectomy. I had 30 radiation treatments. Under my arm hasnt been the same and rhe surgery was about a year ago. Sometimes it feels numb and sometimes like muscle spasm or sharp pains. I think the main thing to know is that it is probably normal for what our bodies have went thru. Anyone would worry and wonder. Dont be hard on yourself. We are human.😊🙏❤

Yes it is has been almost 5 years since my mastectomy with 9 nodes removed and it is still sensitive, tight and can cramp at times- I assume that will always be like that. Sorry you are feeling pain - 19 is a lot so I imagine it must be very sensitive.
