Try nuvigil. It’s not an amphetamine and works. My doctor gave it to me because I am tired all the time but I have 4 kids and can’t sleep constantly

i AGREE. It it used to treat ADHD and it is a controlled substance. It is an amphetamine and is addictive

I agree with @A MyBCTeam Member! Rest alot, drink water, eat as many fruit and veggies you can and incorporate exercise as tolerated. Have you tried gently stretching before bedtime? It helps me either in the morning or right before bed to get the circulation going. Taking more meds can be a horribly vicious circle. It may help with one side effect, then cause another one. I recommend only taking what you absolutely need to keep you healthy. Don't beat yourself up if you are tired! That is oerfectly normal. Take cat naps, then do what you can. Just be gentle with yourself! This hurdle won't last forever. Paula
