I have without a problem. Fortunately (I guess??🙃) the hair is weaker after treatment, so removal is usually less rough relative to before. Ask that they use a sensitive formula wax (Gigi makes one) and that they sprinkle powder before applying the wax (cuts down on adhering to the skin itself). Also, it’s probably more important than ever that you’re sure they use a clean stick every client, and every dunk, minimizing as much as possible the chance of infection...particularly if you’ve had nodes removed and lymphedema is on your mind.

Ah. Well, if it’s any comfort, I haven’t had that experience in the time since my dx while waxing. I would guess that any wax-related lump or bump would be cutaneous, decidedly locked within the skin, where a concerning lump would be below, with the skin able to slide over it. Just a thought.
