My oncologist recommended that I take a particular brand of glucosamine/chondroitim when taking Letrozole (Femora). The brand is Move Free. A friend also suggested that I take it at night. Hope this advice may help.

Oh yes....all the time. It is frustrating because I have always been upbeat and active. Now I often can hardly get up from a chair without aches and pains. I also am finding that for the first time in my life I have days where I really feel depressed....teary eyed. I have been taking it for about two and a half years.
What I do is give myself a break every now and then. I stop taking it for a couple of weeks...wow does it make a difference. You actually feel fairly good again. But that being said, I don't want to stop taking it because the side effects are better than a recurrence.
