I am on Anastrazole and I am having hip pain that radiates into buttocks and into leg. I am using Tramadol and Ibuprofen for the pain but today it's terrible. Has me in bed as it hurts to walk 😥😥. Dr said the bone pain is a side effect that many experience. Just seeing if anyone else has had this. Thanks y'all

I did a little more reading about it on breastcancer.org and it seems that joint and bone pain are side effects of the med, so maybe we are experiencing a form of that. I'm also wondering if the bloating/weight gain I'm experiencing is due to Anastrazole. Always something. Let me know what the PT says.

I had the pain in my hips and thigh area usually after chemo. But I also took neupogen to keep my blood count up. Blood is made in the bone marrow. I just figured it was from that. After my third round of chemo and neupogen I was in horrible pain. Are they giving you neupogen by chance?

I suffer from Sciatica, and let me tell you, after I was done with my radiation treatments,it really reared its Ugly head!I never had pain that bad before and suffered from it before I was diagnosed.i had to buy a walker on account of it being painful to walk, just trying to use the bathroom was an adventure in itself!I had to have PT to help the pain.eventually it it started to work itself out so to speak.but I do believe all that time laying on what seemed a like a padded slab,my body had enough and it's pissed my sciatica off.i still do some of the leg stretches even now!🌅

Yes, I had it for awhile. But, it eased after awhile.
