I've had a reaction to Tamoxifen after only two doses, itching, difficulty breathing, heart arrhythmia, I wondered if this has happened to anyone else? I am post menopausal and was on letrazole to start with but joint pains were so bad my oncologist changed it to [[treatment:Tamoxifen:540f562a[[phone:8608758280000445]] 30:]] mg

@A MyBCTeam Member call the doctor. There are several other medications you can use. I know you are hurting, I hurt everyday. But the alternative is worse. Don't give up. Hugs!!!

I got severely dehydrated and the discs in my back reduced in size. I thought it was the deep bone pain but it was my vertibrae rubbing together and pinching my spinal cord. Tamoxifen stinks.

I've now taken risk of stopping it altogether, I can't live my life feeling ill all the time!

I am on tamoxifen, but on 20mg, I haven't heard of a 30mg dose, maybe they should try reducing it.
