Here's an overveiw including side effects. I think it's worth looking at the contraindications, too, at the outset, for example, Prozac and benedryl are no-no's.

I used Tam for 1 1/2 years... ceased mensus, hot flashes, an overall drying up, thickening endometriosis and a fibroid. Im presently ovary-suppressed with an implant and have moved on to an aromatase inhibitor.
