It seems my sinuses Stsrt burning during chemo and it continues for at least 10-14 days. My chemo nurse said that is not a common side effect. I was wondering if there is anything I could take to calm it down?

I had the sinus burning and headaches during AC around the 2nd of 3rd time. The oncologist put me on pain medicine and I would take it before treatment.

@A MyBCTeam Member maybe the feeling of clear sinus is so new it's burning because the lining in your sinuses aren't used to contact with the air! Lol

I know my nose has been running a lot and others I've talked to said theirs are running too because of no nose hairs. I did feel a reaction in my sinuses during the Cytoxan

I started with sinus pressure as soon as my AC treatments started. My oncologist diluted the dose with saline and this helped. But I still suffered from sinus pressure and headaches for a few days.
