Can you post are how this went for you? I had the pap flap surgery 3 weeks ago and still have lots of questions about recovery, numbness from nerves cut, restrictions, fat grafting and more. Anything you could share would be wonderful. I have a friend who had the diep flap for one breast in 90s, but don't know anyone who has had the PAP flap. Mine went very well, but I only weight 85lbs to begin with, so didn't have lots of tissue to donate.

I had a back flap done on right side on July 1, my back muscles are sore and incission still hurts

It's where they take fat and skin ..no muscle.. from upper inner thigh..for your reconstruction..usually done on thinner patients that don't have enough belly fat
