I had implants put in, was told don't have to replace them for over 20 years.

I met with my PS yesterday. I was disappointed to learn it doesn't remove cellulite. All these years I thought that's what it did... Still going to give it a go. I trust her to do a fabulous job!

Remember implant should get replace every so many years (they are not permanent ). Good luck to you

I had my nipple sparing, bilateral mastectomy 12/08/15 and I had my expander to implant reconstruction surgery 01/08/16. I had 100 CC of fat taken from my belly area and injected 50/50 into the top area of my chest for contouring. There was reddish bruising around my chest area where the fat was injected and minor bruising at the donor site. The bruising subsided a couple days after in both areas. My PS told me the body will naturally absorb some of the fat and that it is normal to get an second injection if too much of the fat is absorbed. I have slight skin discoloration (darker) in the chest area but I have tan skin so it doesn't look that off on me. I went in for my 2 month post-op last week and the PS wants me to schedule a follow-up procedure (outpatient/local anesthesia) to injection a couple more CC of fat into my right chest and to lipo a small amount from my left breast. I guess they call it the "perfection procedure" to make sure the final look is aesthetically pleasing. I would do it again since it does make the "girls" look a little more natural.
