I meant to say that I've switched to letrozome today and I'm hoping that this will not have the same side effects as the original drug that I was on.

Hi, I have bleeding and pain when I attempt vaginal sex. I'm on Anastrozole. I was fine for the first year but I think by now a year later I am feeling all the side effects full force. I am/was 3c so I stare at the box of vagifemme not willing to start it until I'm likely to have regular sex which is a real catch 22 being single. I never had issues with casual sex before but alas all that has changed.

I've tried Hyalogel but didn't really do much so I smear it on my neck and face now hoping that it will help my derm cells to retain moisture.

Thank you, I started taking Letrozole today. I too had a vaginal ultrasound and everything looks good. But I'm switching drug hoping that the slut won't be as severe to deal with
