Has anyone else heard of the stacked DEIP/PAP flap? Used mostly my private offices when women do not have sufficient abdominal tissue to make the desired Breast replacement so they do a stacked 4 flap a combined DEIP/PAP on each side.
Looking to have this done but having reservations. I have implants now and have terrible tightness on the radiated side, I can't stand it. I just want them out! Any thoughts or input would be greatly appreciated.

I did not have a stacked diep. Just diep on my left breast. I am part of s Facebook group for the diep surgery & im sure someone has insight about the stacked diep on there. This is the group.
