I had this also. It has been 11 months since my last chemo. The liver enzymes are slowly going down.

Tamoxifen can cause fatty liver and may worsen if over weight. The fatty liver may cause the elevated liver enzymes. I hate tamoxifen it's the drug that keeps on giving weight gain fatigue joint pains hot flashes and many more.

I had elevated liver enzymes off and on during treatment. I'm 1 year post tx and most of my labs have since normalized

Yeah just this week. Have to go for extra bloodwork today to keep an eye on them. Not a big issue though

Mine were elevated after Mastectomy but before chemo. Did PET and all was fine so went ahead with chemo. Didnt say anything about it after that.
