i have lymphodema and I went through the gloves and sleeves quite fast. i was glad when I could just wear one a day. I think that now you can get them at places like amazon, the problem is you have to get fitted for the sleeve/glove, at least the first time...

I bought my compression sleeve from Walgreens.

If you want your health insurance to cover the cost you need a doctor's prescription. If you buy on your own all you need is measurements of your arm. My lymphedema physical therapist did this for me.
