I had fat grafting from my stomach during my original transfer and there was significant pain and bruising. I went for a 2nd fat grafting because my PS recommended it to help fill it the flatness at the top of the implants. 2nd time was from hips and hurt just as much, and for longer. He said I could have it done several more times if I wanted, but I'm DONE with that. Didn't seem to make much difference and the pain and surgery was too much. They look like they look. Good 'nuff!

I agree with the ladies before me. It was a very painful surgery. It did help to smooth out the rippling in the implants though. Not a surgery I would ever do again.

Yes I had fat grafting first from my belly and the second time from my inner thighs. It is quite painful and bruised post surgery but it all goes away. They did not take enough of the fat to make much of a difference. But because of the hardening and scar tissue caused from radiation therapy it really helped soften the surrounding area and fill I. The gaps I would definitely recommend it if it is an option for you. Also they use the stem cells from the fat taken which promotes healthy skin growth as the skin is so thin after radiation.
