The solution to this issue was to keep shopping among the home health care stores in the area. I found one who had the correct codes for billing and they had no hesitation in measuring and ordering my custom sleeves. They are just plain skin colored but they fit well and are comfortable ( sort of) but the important thing is that they work and help me to get healthier.

These are the correct codes:
Post mastectomy lymphedema diagnosis code is 457.0
Gradiated compression sleeves Lymphedema, custom L8220

It is important to use these codes because regular compression garments like those used after surgery are not at all the same. They are designed for short term use and are not as precise in the application of compression. The price is much less because they are not the same thing at all. If your suppliers bills using those codes they (and you) will be very disappointed in the amount your insurance can pay

It is also important to get measured carefully by a professional. Incorrectly fitting garments can do a lot of damage very quickly.

@A MyBCTeam Member there is mm measures on the compression sleeves. You need these measures to ensure the sleeve will fit you correctly. A lymphedema certified physical therapist can do these measures and tell you what you need to order. Lymphediva has some cute ones;

Off the shelf sleeves don't fit me. My treatment center doesn't sell them.

You need measurements its best to see if there is a lymphedema certified physical therapist to do the measurements. Most likely you will be able to purchase through the PT clinic.

You may have to buy them yourself at Lymphadivas and send the bill to BC to reimburse you.:(
