I had my last chemo 12/30/14. My hair began to shoe peachy fuzz the2nd wk in Feb. Eyebrows &hair are thick as ever. I'm dreading if tamoxifen will thin it out though lol?

They take awhile to come back - since mine did not fall out until my 6th and last treatment, it took about 2 months for them to come back. I will tell you that they are not as thick as they were before, but I am OK with that as I had some pretty thick brows before :o)

@A MyBCTeam Member: thank you! I almost did not do chemo since cancer was not in my nodes. Wish I hadn't now since it seems to have caused some chronic pain and killed my sex life. Maybe these things are only temporary.

@A MyBCTeam Member.I like you, you seem to be one of the very few people who actually thinks for herself and what you choose to do for herself. Not blindly being led by the doctors and being scared by them.you research and make your own decisions. I find a large variance between absolute percentages and relative percentages. When this cancer nightmare began my doctors seemed all good with me being a team member and having a voice. They neglected to tell me they just wouldn't listen if it didn't agree with what they deemed appropriate. I am very close to finding a new doctor who will work with me for what I choose. Like the lymphodema specialist said... Even if you do everything we ask of you, it still may happen that you get it. Good luck and may all go well with you!!

I am taking Tamoxifen and my hair has come back in fuller with more curls then I had. Think it is different for everyone.
