@DianeGronenkeHanly Have you tried meditation. It Really helps to calm your mind . Find a place in your area to take a few classes . You can also download free meditation music on u tube . There is a supplement that I take called THEANINE SERENE Made by source naturals . It really helps balance you out . One more thing people who haven't had breast cancer do and won't understand us who have been through it. We can't expect them to that's where support groups coming . I know what you mean about the fear stuff

Thanks Charlene that's very helpful. I'm going to look for a support group in my area. I can't help but thing it will be helpful to talk to other women who have gone through BC. Thanks again

I'm doing well. Waiting for my mind to heal as well as my body. It's hard to see people and they ask how are you doing I always say I'm ok but I'm dealing with all of the mental fears that linger. Most people see your physical healing but do not have time to listen to your fears. Thanks so much for asking!
