Exercise - I walk at least 3 miles/day and/or swim 1/2 mile. It also helps with the aching knees.

I discussed with my husband and I think the SE's for ten years...and possible additional cancer linked to Tamoxifen is NOT worth it. I cant sleep, hot flashes, decreasd sex drive, tired...i am over it and been on since Jan. I was off 3 weeks for ex surg and felt better than I had in a long time. Then WHAM hot flash 3 hrs to the time I took my first pill again. I am over it!

I agree Danielle Rose! The side effects are totally not worth it. I am miserable and I am supposed to take this medication to reduce my risk of recurrence from 10% to 8%. Can you share with us if you stopped the medication ?
