Does anyone know if it is better to take Tamoxifen in the morning or at bedtime? I take it at bedtime and get the hot flashes 20 mins after I take it...but in the middle of the night I rarely feel any and during the day I feel one here and there. My problem is I think the Tamoxifen is making me tired. It's so so hard to get out of bed each morning. And I feel sluggish during the day.
As far as I can tell, it all makes you feel tired the only thing the say helps (are you ready for this, it is a pretty nasty word) is EXERCISE.
Thank you girls. She did the ultrasound because about 2 mos into starting Tamox I spotted. Just like a drop. Nothing else and I had mild cramping off n on for couple weeks. My onco said its prob the Tamox and my system adjusting but if my gyno wanted to look further that was fine. My gyno is always very thorough too. I'm praying it's nothing
I've had a hysterectomy so I don't have that concern, but I'm like beachgirl2016, that seems a little soon. Hugs and prayers that all is ok.
Memory loss is terrible, I'm not sure if it's the chemo late effects or the tamoxifen though, maybe both.
How about memory loss? Any connection to Tamox? It really seems bad sometimes tho I can Laff at it.
