I have mine on 2/18. My pre op is tomorrow. I'm so anxious to be done with all of this, as I'm sure we all are! :)

I had a lift on my other side at the same time as fat grafting. I had my surgery on Thursday and went back to work Monday or Tuesday. The breast doesn't hurt from the fat grafting. The donor site, in my case through the belly button,was sore for a few days. I've had nipple reconstruction twice. Since the skin is numb, it doesn't really hurt. It's more of a hassle wearing the protective cone for a period of time and trying to hide it under clothes.

The grafting and nipple reconstruction surgeries are much more easier than any of the others.

That's a good question. I an having it done February 16. Also nipple reconstruction. She (plastic surgeon) said it would involve wearing nipple protectors and I think an ace bandage and a girdle for a few weeks. I have a pro option visit on February 9th. I will certainly ask. Most people have said this surgery is nothing like the others. Much easier! Let me know what you find out! When do you have your surgery?
