I found some sports bras on nomorerack.com that has littke pads in them. I took their pads out and put my prostheses in and they fit so much better than the mastectomy bras. It depends on the insurance policy. There is huge variation as to how much and how often it's covered.

I don't know how often insurance replaces prosthesis . All I was told is that at least with my insurance they will only cover prosthesis or reconstruction but not both,
