ER/PR + means that your female hormones fueled your cancer. HER2 - means you don't have the protein that causes rapid growth of cancer cells. ER/PR+ cancers are slow growing.

Er positive means that it is estrogen that is feeding your cancer Her2 negative ( I am Her2 positive) means that the her2 neu in your body ( a protein we have) is not causing your cancer. This so to speak is a good thing as her2neu positive is a very agressive cancer. Although we all carry the her2 neu protein in some people it is over expressed causing abnormal cells to grow hence becoming cancer.
I hope this answered your question

This means they will likely put you on an anti estrogen pill therapy.
