Yes! Looking for answers on what to do. Dr. isn't concerned. Taking meds that have made TSH bottom out! Is that suppose to happen?

I just had a cat scan and ultra sound done of my thyroid. I have to get a biopsy done in 3 weeks. I didn't have radiation therapy. not sure what it could be from

Levothyroxine was not working for me. Every 3 months I would get blood test and Dr. would change dosage. I started on Nutri-Meds desiccated glandular concentrate. Works for me. YAY!!! I have not been back to see Dr. I took this matter into my own hands and glad I did.

Yes I have many good days. Love spending time with my grown children and granddaughter. If I can't find a good one in my town the nearest would be in Billings, Montana or Fort Collins Colorado. I live right in the middle of Wyoming so the travel would be extensive and expensive. I will see my NP in 2 months and see where I am then. I am nervous about what could happen down the road not what could happen next week.

I just started Levothyroxine last week with a follow up visit in 2 months. My grandfather had his thyroid removed in the 1960's. He died in 1966. I am seeing a NP. She is very nice and will (hopefully) refer me if needed. I live In Wyoming and don't have a lot of choices here.
