I am day 14 after my first chemo and I have not gotten any actual mouth sores, but my mouth has a very grainy feeling on the roof and floor of my mouth that is very irritating and my mouth still has a bad taste. Anyone else have this problem and have any idea what it is or advice on what to do for it??

My mouth feels weird all the time. No other word to explain it.lol. The Dukes Magic mouthwash helps a lot. Your oncologist can give you a prescription for it. Im a dental assistant and we prescribe it for all kinds of mouth issues.

Yes. Everything tasted metallic. But after chemo, everything went back to normal.
