I turned down a trial and felt bad telling my dr, but she said never to feel pressured to do one. Lots of other patients out there.

I turned down a free clinical trial on something because I just didn't want one more thing to think/worry about. Don't feel pressured to do it if you're not completely sure. You may also want to see if your insurance covers it. Some don't.

Does regular anti-emetics work for you? (Zofran, Reglan etc). If so, I would skip the trial. Seems like a lot of work for something you don't really need.

This is a hard decision. But you have to do what's right for you what you feel comfortable with. Go with your gut feelings. No one will be upset if you choose to or not to.
