I take 20mg and 75 of effexor. Going to stop the effexor it was for my hot flashes and really hasn't helped that much. So when I go to Gyno next week that will be the discussion to at least go back to 37.5

I take 20 mg tamoxifen once a day with 75 mg effexor twice a day which has helped tremendously. My onc started me on 37.5 mg twice a day but increased it after a month when it wasn't helping enough. See if your onc will increase your effexor....
