Got the Xgeva shot on Aug 10th and I'm having bad lower back pain and now pain in my hip and groin/thigh areas and exhaustion. They gave me 500mg naproxen and it seems to work some but not all the time. I checked the side effects of the shot and the back pain and exhaustion are listed there. I'm not sure if what I'm experiencing is from the shot or just the bone mets themselves. I have two weddings coming up - my niece on Sept 12th and my daughter on Sept 27th. I only hope this subsides before that because I can't feel this way at the weddings!!

@A MyBCTeam Member I get my first Xgeva shot on Monday. At this point my hip and back ache when I try to walk or stand too long - and I'm stiff and achey when I sit or lay too long - tired of being uncomfortable no matter what I do - I'm really hoping this shot helps some of that - did it help for you if you had the aches and pain?
