I had nipple sparring - great plastic surgeon done- they look exactly as they did prior to surgery and respond to weather changes etc! I can't feel them- but they look great. He positioned them well also.

I had nipple sparing as it was an option due to the location of my tumor.

I would try nipple sparing. I couldn't keep my nipples because they were inverted since childhood. I had nipple reconstruction. They look okay. I also decided not to have tattooing done.
