Has anyone had a hematoma on the incision line of mastectomy site? Did the plastic surgeon have to correct it? If so, is it outpatient or inpatient surgery to have flap fixed?
I had the incision reopen and a large hematoma leak for 3 weeks after my lumpectomy, surgeon aspirated it with needle in office and felt much better after that - had to wear gauze pads for weeks until it sealed up and stopped leaking
