Anyone Have Upper Back And Neck Pain Since Chemotherapy?

I had a bilateral mastectomy and tissue expanders placed in December, with gel implants in June. I have had consistent pain since the beginning and it only seems to be gettin worse, not better. It hurts to hold my head up some days. Just wondering if I'm the only one?

One of the things I did on every PT was opening up the chest. There are quite a few yoga poses for that.

It's kind of new PT. It's using a big machine for resistance along with breathing. I've tried a couple of different PT and it was the only thing that actually worked on my upper shoulder back pain. You can see it on YouTube :-)

I had similar problems. I've been in PT consist of Gyrotonic and yoga. I've been also getting acupuncture for a few months now.
