I just had my first "injection" of saline today into the expanders in my chest. It was weird to go from no chest to at least an "A" size in like 10 min. I was achey and stiff afterward, but advil pretty much took care of it. I will be going in about every 2 weeks for more injections. They tell me I will be ready for the exchange to the "real" implants by Dec. for sure. That is supposed to be a simple outpatient procedure with no overnight stay. So far so good. I hope this helps.

Well according to my PS and my husbands research you want to go about 20% bigger than u want to end up with. So I just kept getting fills and then trying on different clothes to see what I thought. When I was bigger than I felt I wanted, I stopped. I wanted a C also. I am at 430 and 460 ccs. (Bilateral)

I had the procedure done on my left side on July 1l. I haven't started expanding yet, still healing. I go in tomorrow again. The pain has been manageable and I was also told this was the best way to ensure the best result. My plastic surgeon said he has had unsatisfactory long term results whenever he tried to go with just the radiated skin no mater how good it looked at the time. I do have some muscle cramping so I take diazepam at times.
