No problem sleeping. I take my pill at 5pm each evening and hit the hay around 8pm. I'm usually up for work at 4am ish.

I'm on Femara and had difficult sleeping. I have added melatonin to help regulate my sleep. Its working for me. I also had a work-up for sleep apnea and actually sleeping better now.

I don't like all these drugs that people talk about taking. I never took so much as a Tylenol before the BC came into play. I have to be on my game at work, especially on aircraft carriers, so I just chill at nite and stay away from the percocets and stuff that can make you go into lala land.

I gather that only about 10% have trouble sleeping with these drugs. i have had it with both Arimidex and Femara. I do not want to take sleeping pills which was what the oncologist wants me to do.
