Hi there. I'm not a doctor but I think you may be referring to chemotherapy drugs Taxotere (docetaxel)& Cytoxan (cyclophosphamide) being linked to neuropathy, not arthritis.
Chemo, to the best of my knowledge does not cause arthritis. In fact, chemo drugs are frequently used to treat arthritic conditions. The neuropathy however is sometimes a 'side effect' of chemo treatment.

Yes, those are the drugs I'm referring to. Thankfully, I never got neuropathy but definitely a lot of joint pain, especially in my hips. Another friend ended up with arthritis after the same regime. Thank you for your response!
